Orders ship from Hurricane, Utah within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking email when it's on the way.

Rates & free shipping

• Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping on orders over $35.

Delivery

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the carrier. Freeze-dried fruit is shelf-stable and travels well.

Delays

Once it's with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. Weather and holidays can slow things down — thanks for your patience.

Lost or damaged

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@dirtyfruit.com within 7 days of the delivery date (a photo helps) and we'll make it right.
